Summary/Objective:
AleraCare is a rapidly growing organization that manages onboarding patients for Infusion therapies in their Ambulatory Infusion Centers. The team responsible for the onboarding is highly focused on timely processing, multiple step process coordination, engaging patients, doctor's offices and insurances to execute the process. This role is critical to the overall company and Intake department's success and will have responsiblity for ensuring timely processing of each step. This role will work directly with each team member to allocate work and ensure that work is completed. They will make strategic decisions and changes based on workload priorities and available resources.

·Analyze the various processes to determine workload demand
·Allocate work to specific team members
·Perform each of the functions that the team performs to aid in driving timely outcomes
·Be able to process the more complex patient cases and drive them to resolution
·Operate the phone system-handling inbound and outbound calls
·Understand and interact with insurances, patients plan benefits
·Understand and manage Prior Authorizations
·Have the ability to manipulate data in excel
·Multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Required Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years of related experience is required.
Certified Pharmacy Technician in the state of AZ
Current human resources and/or compensation credentials or certification preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Lead responsibilities
Work Environment: In office work
Physical Demands:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
Travel Required: Up to 10%; typically minimal
