Join Our Team as a Sales Account Manager!

As a Sales Account Manager at Chicken N Pickle, you'll represent our fast-growing entertainment brand with professionalism and energy, guiding companies to host team outings, client events, and private parties they'll rave about.
This role blends strategic selling with the joy of creating community. You'll partner with business leaders, deliver exceptional service, and turn opportunities into repeat relationships. Big wins, great guests, and a whole lot of fungame on!
What You'll Do
- Manage inbound and outbound event sales through proactive relationship-building
- Engage leads quickly and professionally, guiding them through the booking journey
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
- Create and maintain accurate Banquet Event Orders and booking details
- Craft event proposals tailored to client needs and creatively upsell offerings
- Ensure seamless handoff and communication with Event Operations and Culinary teams
- Cultivate repeat business through thoughtful follow-up and client feedback
- Support property and community events aligned with market opportunities
- Work collaboratively with local venue leadership and National Sales Team to hit shared KPIs
- Maintain accurate sales reporting and pipeline visibility in TripleSeat

Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B or hospitality/event sales experience
- Success managing a sales pipeline with CRM tools and reporting
- Strong business communication skills (verbal, written and digital)
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Degree in Business, Sales, Hospitality or Marketing preferred
