1. Walmart Marketplace Management
·Manage the entire product catalog on Walmart.com, including creating and optimizing listings, titles, images, and other content to drive conversion.
·Execute promotional campaigns and pricing updates on the Walmart platform in alignment with the overall sales calendar.
·Coordinate with the operations team to manage inventory for Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS), including creating shipments and monitoring stock levels.
·Track key performance metrics for the Walmart channel, including sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
2. TikTok Shop Management (US/UK)
·Lead the launch and manage the day-to-day operations of Apres Nail's TikTok Shop in the US and UK markets.
·Create and optimize product listings, content, and storefront features to maximize sales and engagement.
·Plan and execute promotional campaigns, creator collaborations, and live shopping events on the platform.
·Monitor and analyze TikTok Shop performance, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and advertising ROI.
·Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless inventory management and fulfillment for TikTok Shop orders.
2. Amazon International Expansion & Management
·Support the expansion of the Apres Nail brand into new Amazon international marketplaces (e.g., EU, JP, AU).
·Manage and maintain product listings across various international Amazon sites, ensuring content is localized and pricing is accurate.
·Assist in coordinating international logistics and compliance requirements for FBA shipments to different countries.
·Monitor sales performance and customer feedback in international markets, reporting on trends and opportunities.
·Execute advertising campaigns tailored to specific international locales.
4. General Marketplace Operations & Support
·Serve as the first point of contact for resolving marketplace-related issues, including opening and managing cases with Amazon, Walmart, Target Plus and TikTok support.
·Regularly monitor account health and key performance metrics, taking proactive steps to address any potential issues.
·Pull and compile weekly and monthly performance reports for the Marketplace Manager, summarizing sales, advertising spend, and key learnings.
·Conduct regular audits of our brand stores and product listings to ensure content is accurate, fresh, and on-brand.
Qualifications & Skills:
·2+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, with direct experience managing listings and advertising on Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Target marketplace and/or TikTok Shop.
·Experience with e-commerce tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Pacvue, or similar marketplace management platforms is highly desirable.
·Familiarity with the specific tools and processes for Amazon's global selling platforms is highly preferred.
·Detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy in content management and data reporting.
·Proficient in using marketplace analytics tools to track performance.
·Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and platforms effectively.
·Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The pay range for this role is:75,000 - 75,000 USD per year(City Of Industry)
