We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team, specifically our President & Chief Operating Officer and our CEO, as well as other key operations leadership, with managing their day-to-day activities and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. In addition to supporting our executive team, this Executive Assistant will support Executive Client Relationship efforts and the Parkhurst Brand with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, time management, planning and execution, organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Expert level experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate confidently and diplomatically with individuals at all levels.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work performed.
