The Tipton Group is seeking a Floating Leasing Manager to support our San Antonio and San Marcos portfolio. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can drive leasing performance, coach teams to success, and bring energy and excellence wherever they go.
Key Responsibilities:
- Boost leasing performance at under-performing properties in San Antonio and San Marcos
- Train, mentor, and motivate leasing teams to exceed goals and deliver exceptional service
- Implement creative outreach and marketing strategies tailored to local markets
- Step in when necessary and lease—from initial tour to signed lease
- Leverage tech tools like OneSite, Knock, and social media to build visibility and momentum
- Travel between communities, serving as a trusted resource and performance driver
- Represent The Tipton Group’s culture with professionalism, pride, and a resident-first mindset
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leasing experience with a strong track record of closing and team leadership
- Confident communicator and motivator who leads by example
- Skilled trainer with the ability to elevate team performance
- Tech-savvy and marketing-minded, with a knack for outreach and engagement
- Flexible, adaptable, and energized by travel and variety
- Professional, polished, and passionate about resident experience
- In-depth OneSite and Knock experience is strongly preferred
- Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Familiarity with the San Antonio and San Marcos rental markets is a plus

Compensation details: 27.4-28.85 Hourly Wage
