The Vocational Training Center (VTC) of Fargo, ND is now searching for a candidate to join our Residential Habilitation (Res Hab) team as a Residential Supervisor. The Residential Supervisor is responsible for providing DSP supervision, leadership, case management assistance, and quality assurance to ensure supported individuals receive optimal care and services in the Residential Habilitation program.
Responsibilities of this position will include:
- Overseeing and assisting DSPs with providing appropriate active support using person-centered approaches and strategies
- Overseeing purchases of home supplies and equipment
- Performing necessary reviews and completing checklists within the home to assure activities, programs, and procedures are carried out
- Accompanying supported individuals to health-related appointments
- Assisting with meal planning and grocery shopping to ensure supported individuals diets are nutritional and balanced
- Assisting with scheduling to ensure appropriate number of staff available to provide support
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Residential Habilitation Program Coordinator, Program Services Director, or Executive Director

Requirements:
- Must complete the competency-based modules as dictated by North Dakota Department of Human Services, Development Disabilities Division
- Current Drivers License
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

- Supervisory experience and knowledge of community resources and businesses
