Impact Property Solutions is seeking a driven and resourceful Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This position will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for hourly roles, mid-level salaried positions, and sales professionals across the flooring and construction sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruiting strategies, workforce dynamics in skilled trades, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly warehouse and administrative positions, mid-level salaried professionals, and sales representatives.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate candidate selection.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional interactions.
- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback loops, and offer processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely candidate and process documentation within our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Leverage industry knowledge to identify and attract candidates.
- Ensure recruiting practices comply with company policies and employment laws.
- Support onboarding and pre-employment processes.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Competencies
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Able to multi-task and manage multiple processes in different stages of completion
- Must be detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracy.
- Proficiency with MS Office products, including MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively.
- Proactive problem-solving ability.
