This position is perfect for someone who loves talking with people, understands value and opportunity, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be the friendly face approaching service customers, appraising their vehicles, and helping them explore exciting options to trade or sell their car.

What You’ll Do
- Engage with service customers in a friendly, professional manner to identify potential vehicle acquisition opportunities.
- Conduct quick, accurate vehicle appraisals and communicate value effectively to customers.
- Work closely with the Sales and Used Car departments to facilitate smooth vehicle acquisitions and trade-ins.
- Maintain awareness of current used vehicle market trends, dealership inventory needs, and customer buying habits.
- Track customer interactions and follow up on leads generated from service appointments.
- Represent the dealership with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity at all times.
- Support the dealership’s customer experience goals by providing outstanding, pressure-free service.
- Assist with occasional dealership events, promotions, and service drive initiatives.
