Shop/Parts Coordinator
The Shop/Parts Coordinator reports to the General Manager. The Shop/Parts Coordinator will work in conjunction with the Shop Manager on reporting of Shop Activities.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Order parts and accessories.
• Search accessories, parts, and attachments for best pricing
• Help sales reps with quotes on accessories or attachments
• Review all receipts and book to Units (Pro)
• Take phone orders for parts and accessories.
• Maintain shop supplies/Inventory.
• Oversee spending and budget for the shop and paint department.
• Hours will be 7:30am to 4:00pm M-F. Over time when necessary.
Skills and Specifications
• Excellent Organization Skills
• Ability to approach each work assignment and client interaction in an energetic, enthusiastic manner and act with urgency
• Knowledge of operational parts for material handling equipment a plus
• Excellent communication abilities-Verbal and Written
• Physical exertion required. Including, but not limited to, walking, standing, stooping, bending and lifting up to 90 pounds
Compensation details: 18-22 Hourly Wage
