Join our Contract Lumber Team, in Pataskala, Ohio. We’re committed to creating a fun, unique opportunity to provide creative solutions to practical challenges within the Lumber/Building industry.As a member of the Commercial Sales team, this position supports and is involved in all aspects of day-to-day commercial door sales including order entry, billing, purchasing and providing coordination within the various areas of the company. These areas include Shipping and Receiving, and Production, Special Orders and Purchasing, Service, Installed Sales, Pricing, Credit and Technical Services.Day to Day:- Process Orders for hollow metal doors, wood doors, and architectural hardware accurately and efficiently.
- Run Bids & Quotes for commercial door and hardware packages, interpreting construction documents, specifications, and plans.
- Manage Special Orders for custom doors, frames, and hardware – including sourcing, order entry, and tracking delivery timelines.
- Provide excellent Customer Service to general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and end users.
- Coordinate Production and Shipping of material to job sites, ensuring timely and complete delivery.
- Interface with the Service Department for field-related issues including punch lists, replacements, and installations.
- Liaise with Technical Services to ensure correct hardware sets, fire-rating requirements, and ADA compliance are met.
