HVAC Service Apprentice
No Experience Needed, Will Train

No prior experience is necessary – we will provide the training you need to succeed. As a Helper, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, assisting in various construction tasks and learning valuable skills on the job. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and rewarding field.
Responsibilities:
• Assist skilled workers in their daily tasks.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at the job site.
• Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris, garbage, and potential hazards.
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision.
• Perform general maintenance of equipment
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment
• Learn and adopt technical techniques through on-the-job training.
Qualifications:
•No prior hvac experience required; training will be provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
