Growth Advisor (In-Office): Help small business owners grow by providing guidance, site visits, and strategic support through our SBA Microloan Program.
OBJECTIVE AND POSITION SUMMARY
The Growth Advisor is a dedicated Business Advisor to support small business owners participating in our SBA Microloan Program. The Growth Advisor involves providing hands-on guidance, conducting site visits, and offering strategic advice to help entrepreneurs succeed. The position requires flexible hours to accommodate the varying schedules and needs of small business clients.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Education /Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience in small business advising, entrepreneurship, banking, or lending required
- Knowledge of SBA microloan programs and small business financial management required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, to meet business owners’ schedules
- Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for site visits
