Votre rle
En tant qu'adjoint·e excutif·ve, vous serez un pilier stratgique pour notre Chef des technologies (CTO) et notre Vice-prsidente senior ressources humaines (SVP RH). Vous assurerez la coordination de leurs activits quotidiennes, tout en facilitant la communication et l'excution des priorits au sein de l'organisation. Vous relverez directement de la gestionnaire des services corporatifs.
Vos responsabilits
- Grer les courriels, les calendriers et les priorits du CTO et de la SVP RH
- Organiser les runions et vnements avec diffrentes parties prenantes internes et externes
- Prparer les ordres du jour, prendre les notes et assurer les suivis post-runion
- Coordonner les dplacements, rserver les voyages et prparer les itinraires
- Soumettre les rapports de dpenses et soutenir diverses tches administratives
- Crer et mettre jour les prsentations, rapports et documents excutifs
- Organiser l'espace de stockage numrique et assurer la gestion documentaire
- Mettre en place des processus pour les tches administratives rcurrentes
- Offrir un soutien personnel occasionnel
- Agir en tant que point de contact cl pour les partenaires internes et externes
- Assurer un haut niveau de confidentialit et de professionnalisme en tout temps
Ce que nous recherchons
- 2 ans et plus d'exprience en tant qu'adjoint(e) excutif(ve) pour des membres de la haute direction
- Excellentes comptences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps
- Sens aigu du dtail et rigueur professionnelle
- Excellente matrise du franais et de l'anglais, l'oral comme l'crit
- Attitude proactive, autonome et axe sur les solutions
- Exprience dans un environnement haute vlocit (un atout)
- Discrtion, sens de la confidentialit et bon jugement
- Connaissances technologiques : Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, etc.
- Diplme universitaire dans un domaine pertinent (un atout)

Your Role
As Executive Assistant, you will be a strategic and operational partner to our CTO and SVP of HR. You'll play a critical role in managing daily activities, ensuring seamless communication, and supporting high-priority initiatives across the organization. You will report directly to the Corporate Services Manager.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the email inboxes and calendars of the CTO and SVP of HR
- Coordinate meetings and events involving internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and ensure follow-ups are completed
- Coordinate travel bookings and detailed itineraries
- Submit expense reports and support various administrative needs
- Create and update presentations, reports, and executive documents
- Maintain and organize digital files and storage systems
- Establish and document processes for recurring administrative tasks
- Occasionally support personal tasks
- Serve as a key liaison with internal departments and external partners
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Who We're Looking For
- 2 + years of experience as an executive assistant for senior executives
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Perfectly bilingual (English and French), with excellent written communication skills
- Proactive, autonomous, and solution-focused attitude
- Experience in fast-paced environments (an asset)
- Discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment
- Technologically proficient (Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (an asset)
