Responsibilities and Duties
- Washes dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans by hand or using dishwashers.
 - Clean large pots and pans in sink
 - Cleans sink at the end of each shift or as necessary
 - Maintains work area and equipment
 - Places clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
 - Sorts and removes trash and places it in designated pickup areas.
 - Cleans garbage cans.
 - Sweep and/or mop floors in area
 - Receives and puts away daily deliveries
 - Empties trash cans as needed
 - Maintains various grounds in the restaurant (including but not limited to the parking lot, kitchen, restrooms, & dining area)
 - Complete daily and weekly cleaning projects
 - Other additional tasks management may need assistance with
 
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to place items on high and low shelves
 - Ability to stand for long periods of times
 - Lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
 - Ability to wipe high and low shelves, pick up debris off the floor, sweep floor in station
