Responsibilities and Duties
- Prep, set up, and work the grill station
 - Maintain product presentation, quality, portion, and cook time standards
 - Practice sanitary and safe food handling in accordance to state board of health regulations
 - Slice and chop meat, cheese, & other necessary food products
 - Maintain proper food inventories in both the station and walk-in & freezer
 - Communicate with servers/cashiers in a professional manner regarding customer orders
 - Clean and sanitize the work area throughout the shift
 - Clean, sanitize, and turn off equipment at the end of the night
 - Complete daily and weekly cleaning projects
 - Other additional tasks management may need assistance with
 
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to place items on high and low shelves
 - Ability to stand for long periods of times
 - Capable of using knives, slicing equipment, and other preparation materials
 - Carry objects up to 50 pounds
 - Ability to wipe high and low shelves, pick up debris off the floor, sweep floor in station
