Host
- Greet customers warmly and enthusiastically immediately upon entrance to the restaurant. 
 - Open doors for customers whenever possible. Make guests feel welcome with a smile and sincerity. 
 - Keep track of the wait list and quote wait times accurately. 
 - Be aware of the progress of tables in the dining room and make sure tables are being greeted promptly upon seating. 
 - Engage in conversation with customers while escorting them to their table. 
 - Maintain cleanliness in the lobby and an organized host stand. Keep track of the rotation sheet and how many tables each server has to ensure customers are getting excellent service.
 -  Communicate and work well with other hosts. 
 - Restock guest restrooms and keep them spotless. 
 - Help clean dirty tables when needed. 
 - Thank the customers as they leave and invite them back. 
 - Answer the phone on the first ring according to Stix procedure and use a pleasant tone of voice. 
 - Be able to answer guests' questions regarding restaurant menu, policies, directions, etc. 
 - Take to go orders or help the to go servers as needed. 
 - Help maintain restaurant cleanliness and follow food safety procedures. 
 - Complete opening, running, and closing side-work as well as daily cleaning duties.
