Busser, Maintenance
- Stay in the dining room and immediately clean tables as they get up according to Stix's procedure. 
 - Make sure tables, chairs and condiment containers are disinfected after each use. 
 - Sweep under each table after it is cleaned, and spot sweep throughout the dining room during service. 
 - Clean up spills as needed and help keep the dining room and kitchen safe. Restock guest restrooms and keep them spotless. 
 - Keep the exterior of the restaurant clean by sweeping the parking lot and maintaining the flower beds. 
 - Change light bulbs and clean windows inside and out. 
 - Perform rigorous cleaning and maintenance duties and physically demanding work. 
 - Perform job duties that are dirty. Complete maintenance duties that may require ladders like changing air filters and dusting crown moldings, etc. 
 - Take out trash, break down boxes and maintain the cleanliness of the dumpster area. 
 - Assist fellow team members as needed. Follow all policies and food safety procedures. 
 - Complete opening, running, and closing side-work as well as daily cleaning duties.
