SHIFT SUPERVISOR 
Job Description: 
Essential Functions: 
Responsible for managing employees. 
Responsible for customer relations. 
Responsible for inventory including ordering and receipt. 
Delivers food during peak hours of operation. 
Responsible for start up of equipment and processes (open shift). 
Responsible for shut down and closing store (close shift). 
Manages cash flow. Makes deposits. 
Responsible for administration including reports as required. 
Requirement: 
Average hours per week: 45 
Shift: All, Open/Mid/Close 
Open = 5am – 3pm 
Mid = 8am – 6pm 
Close = 12pm – 10pm 
License or Certificate required: 
Must have a valid drivers license and provide proof of insurance. 
Must complete and possess Safe Serve Certification 
Experience or Training required: 
Must have previous experience as a crewmember. Must complete CBC Supervisor training (4 weeks). Must be computer literate. 
Physical Requirements: 
Standing/Walking: 90% 
Indoors: 90% 
Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds required for the following tasks: 
Lift and carry food trays 
Lift and carry ingredients 
Lift and carry grocery stock 
Continuous repetitive use of hands for the following tasks: 
Operate cash register
Manipulate currency 
Writing 
Typing on computer keyboard 
Calculator

Assist with other stores as needed
