What You’ll Do
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you’ll report to the Director or Manager. You will deliver expert pharmacy services across assigned areas, actively promote pharmaceutical care, engage in clinically focused activities, and fulfill all core responsibilities of a pharmacist with precision and professionalism. The position collaborates with other professional, clinical and ancillary staff in providing compassionate and quality care to patients.
Clinical Pharmacist Job Responsibilities

Manage and optimize drug regimens by adjusting dosages, routes, durations, and therapies, including initiating or discontinuing medications and recommending lab tests.

Serve as a clinical resource to medical staff by providing drug information, reviewing patient records, and advising on compliance, interactions, and therapeutic outcomes.
What You Bring
You bring a high level of knowledge and competency in performing pharmacy procedures, assessments, treatment, and techniques. As a pharmacist, your advanced analytical skills are necessary to solve complex problems and make decisions related to patient care. You demonstrate the interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, patients, visitors, physicians and others. You demonstrate the ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner. As a pharmacist, you have an understanding of the need to be responsive and reasonably adaptable for scheduling purposes, when necessary, due to extenuating circumstances in support of co-workers and department functions.
