Patient Service Representative/RMGPosition Summary
Practice patient service rep.  proactively ensures an exceptional experience for patients when greeting, checking in, and checking out during their appointment; answers incoming phone calls, responds to general patient requests, takes telephone messages and schedules patient appointments.
Position Requirements
	- Education and Previous Experience
 
	- High school diploma or equivalent required.  Some college preferred.
 
	- Hardware/Software Experience
 
	- Practice management/medical billing computer programs.  
 
	- Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word and Excel)
 
	- Other Characteristics
 
	- Excellent oral/written communication skills
 
	- Excellent organizational skills
 
	- Detailed oriented
 
	- Ability to set priorities, document conversations and specific actions taken and develop applicable policies and procedures (e.g., regarding collections)
 
	- Flexible; able to adapt to change
 
	- Bilingual (Spanish) capabilities a plus
