To drive this effort, we’re hiring an Associate Product Manager - Integrations to own this critical product line from the ground up.
About the Role
As the Associate Product Manager for Customer Integrations, you will own our integration product line from end to end. You’ll scope, manage, and deliver data integrations and imports that directly impact our clients’ ability to succeed with our platform. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a new product line from the ground up while working closely with customers, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career (1–3 years experience, or even right out of school) with strong organizational skills and a drive to learn technical concepts. Candidates with project management, implementation, or process management backgrounds who want to grow into a more technical product role are also encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
Lead Integrations Product Line – Act as the main product manager for all integration products.
Customer Discovery – Join client calls to scope integration needs, document requirements, and design workflows.
Project Management – Create project timelines, define roles and responsibilities, and manage integration projects from kickoff through delivery.
Product Documentation & Design – Write requirements, user stories, workflows, and UI/UX mockups for customer approval.
Engineering Collaboration – Break down requirements into sprint-ready tasks, join standups, review Jira tickets, and keep engineers unblocked.
Testing & QA – Develop testing programs in partnership with QA to ensure integrations remain stable through product releases.
Process Development – Build the company’s integration process, set roadmap priorities, and establish repeatable best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Provide frequent updates to Customer Success, train Sales on integration capabilities, and join sales calls as needed.
Voice of the Product – Develop deep knowledge of the integration product and serve as its advocate inside and outside the company.

Requirements:
1+ years of product management or equivalent experience (project management, implementation, or technical process management).
Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows (or strong willingness and ability to learn quickly).
SaaS experience is a plus.
Technical background or interest in becoming more technical is a plus.
Strong project management skills – able to break down projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
