JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:
- Routing of hydraulic & electrical harnesses
DUTIES & REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- CREO or similar 3D modeling and 2D drawing experience.
- Drawings conforming to ASME Y14.5
- Welded structure design.
- Access system design (Handrails, walkway, platforms, stairs/ladders, gates, hinges, latches, etc.).
- ISO 2867 Knowledge a plus
- Sheet metal design.
- Routing experience (Hose and/or electrical harness).
- GD&T knowledge.
- Design for manufacturability knowledge.
- Design to meet regulation compliance and to meet our internal design standards.
- Design validation experience. I.e. Analytical (FEA / CFD).
- Heavy equipment experience / knowledge (mining, construction, or ag equipment).
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 3+ years of Industry experience
