About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive our global marketing strategy and brand positioning in the industrial technology sector. This hybrid position, based in our Fairfax, VA headquarters, will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that showcase PaneraTech's innovative solutions to glass and steel manufacturers worldwide. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B industrial marketing with a strong understanding of technical products and global market dynamics.
This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and sensor technology while building marketing strategies that reach decision-makers in heavy industry across 40+ countries. You'll collaborate closely with our sales, engineering, and field operations teams to translate complex technical solutions into compelling value propositions for our global customer base.
What you'll do
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for global glass and steel industry markets
- Create and manage annual marketing plans with measurable objectives and KPIs
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing strategy with business objectives
Digital Marketing & Content Strategy
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including website optimization, SEO/SEM, and social media strategy
- Manage marketing automation platforms and lead nurturing campaigns
- Create and optimize content for multiple channels and international audiences
- Oversee video marketing initiatives showcasing field operations and customer success stories
Brand Management & Communications
- Maintain and evolve PaneraTech's brand identity and messaging across all touchpoints
- Develop marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and technical documentation
- Manage corporate communications and public relations initiatives
Event Marketing & Industry Relations
- Plan and execute participation in major glass and steel industry trade shows and conferences
Sales Enablement & Support
- Create sales tools and presentations for complex technical solutions
- Develop customer case studies and success story documentation
- Support sales team with technical marketing materials and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with field operations team to capture customer testimonials and project highlights
- Provide marketing support for new business development initiatives
Analytics & Performance Management
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance across all channels
- Develop reporting dashboards and present marketing metrics to leadership
- Manage marketing budget and optimize spend allocation across initiatives
- Conduct ROI analysis for marketing programs and campaigns
- Implement marketing attribution models to measure lead generation effectiveness
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in industrial technology or manufacturing sectors
- Experience marketing complex technical products to engineering and C-suite audiences
- Proven track record of developing successful international marketing campaigns
Digital Marketing Expertise
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
- Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Experience with content management systems and marketing technology stack
Communication & Leadership Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating technical content for engineering audiences
- Strong presentation skills for executive and customer-facing situations
- Ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams
- Project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
