We are a mission-driven non-profit organization seeking a Human Resources Generalist to assist with the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department to include onboarding, tracking completion for new staff trainings, benefits administration, administrative functions, file audits, company events. Work schedule is Full-Time 35 hours/week Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. $25-$26/hour. Expected start date 12/1/25. Qualifications
Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a non-profit or human services organization.
Knowledge of HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience working with diverse populations and commitment to disability inclusion.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
