Overview
Montech Inc. is currently seeking a qualified Senior Analyst SSO - Cyber (Staff Synchronization Officer), a key personnel position within the Force Development Division (FDB). This role is responsible for managing the Army's CYBER program efforts, which include, but are not limited to, Defensive Cyber operations technologies and software.
Place of Performance
The Senior Analyst SSO – Cyber shall perform duties on site at a designated government facility in the National Capital Region (NCR).
Hours of Operation
The Senior Analyst SSO - Cyber will have an eight-hour workday, totaling a 40-hour week between the hours of 0700 through 1800, Monday - Friday except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closures.
Responsibilities
The Senior Analyst SSO - Cyber provides the following areas of support:
- Managing the Army's CYBER program efforts, which encompass Defensive Cyber operations technologies and software Tasked with writing Information Papers on specific programs, developing Program quad charts, and working on Operations/Urgent Needs Statement.
- Responsible for having specifically required familiarity with, and/or understanding of, CYBER operations and capabilities.
Qualifications
The Senior Analyst SSO - Cyber shall possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree or higher in a directly related career field from an accredited college, such as Business or Engineering. Additionally, candidates must have a minimum of four (4) years of experience and expertise in Force Development or related duties.
- Must have operational experience in Army tactical/strategic units that employ Mission Command and Transport Capabilities/Applications including Satellite Network Operations, Mission Command Network/Transport Systems/Applications, CYBER and Position Navigation and Timing capabilities.
- Must understand tactics, techniques and procedures associated with Army command, control, and communications systems and expertise in CYBER, and/or Position Navigation and timing capabilities to be supported.
- Must possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to manage Army Acquisition Category (ACAT) II and III Programs.
- Must have the ability to analyze, prioritize and validate Mission Command, CYBER and/or Position Navigation and Timing requirements to provide the current and future Army with timely and decisive warfighting capabilities supporting successful accomplishment of the National Military Strategy.
Security
Employment is contingent upon the ability to pass the pre-employment drug test and background check/security investigation per required level with the U.S. Government agency. The Senior Analyst SSO - Cyber will have an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen to work in support of Federal agency. The background investigation reviews employment, criminal, financial, and personal history to ensure there are no outstanding violations. Any notification from Government to Montech notifying that the employee has compromised the security requirements will warrant immediate termination from employment.
