Medical Technologist (Pool)
The Medical Technologist plays a key role in delivering accurate and timely diagnostic information to support physicians and healthcare teams. This position performs and evaluates moderate to high complexity laboratory tests across a wide range of patient populations—from neonates to geriatrics. With a strong focus on precision and clinical excellence, the Medical Technologist ensures reliable test results that directly impact patient diagnosis, treatment, and outcomes.
Hourly Pay Rate: $38.00

Education:
Certification/Licensure:

Eligible to be certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists is preferred.

Requires BLS. A BLS card obtained through an approved American Heart Association (AHA) training center is preferred and will be required within 3 months.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing including knowledge of basic grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

Requires the ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.

Requires excellent time management skills and customer service skills.

Must possess basic computer skills in a Windows environment.
