Why This Role Matters
The Manager, Farm at Loving is responsible for leading day-to-day operations and overseeing the successful execution of farm initiatives. While direct sod farming experience is not required, the ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, operational discipline, and the ability to turn vision into action. Working closely with leadership, this role ensures that farm operations are efficient, innovative, and financially sound.

- Lead and manage farm operations, providing direction and support to teams while fostering a culture of accountability and safety.

- Oversee budgets and financial performance, with an emphasis on P&L management, cost control, and resource optimization.
- Monitor operational metrics, analyze performance data, and provide recommendations to enhance productivity and outcomes.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment between farm operations and organizational objectives.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
