About The Role & Team
The futures team at Webull is rapidly growing and we are excited to bring on a Futures and Prediction Markets Client Service Associate/Senior Associate to the team. The role will primarily be responsible for supporting Webull's futures and event contracts customers to resolve day-to-day inquiries. However, the individual will also be responsible for assisting in a multitude of projects that will improve the futures product at Webull as well as learn and assist with daily operational tasks. The team is looking for individuals who have experience working with and/or trading futures and futures options contracts.
The ideal individual should also exhibit the ability to collaborate with other departments, have exceptional communication skills, and look forward to working in a fast-paced environment. Futures team members should be able to multi-tasks efficiently while working to identify areas of improvement in the customer experience as well as the internal processes used to bring an exceptional product to Webull's customers.
In This Role, You Will
- Respond to inbound client inquiries via phone and written channels with professionalism, clarity, and accuracy
- Support customers with futures trading and event contract (prediction market) trading
- Follow established procedures and compliance protocols across all communication types
- Raise knowledge gaps, broken flows, or inefficient steps through the appropriate internal channels
- Collaborate with CX colleagues and cross-functional teams to improve internal SOPs, knowledge content, and escalation logic
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts across tools, workflows, and support systems
- Identify and respond to time-sensitive alerts to ensure stability across trading products
- Back-up Operations team members when needed to perform daily operational tasks associated with futures trading and clearing
The Skills You Bring
- A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or a related discipline
- Possession of or ability to obtain Series 3 license.
- An in-depth understanding of futures/commodities trading and preferably options trading mechanics
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a relevant role within the financial services industry.
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and evenings; provide support for critical operational activities outside standard business hours.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to operate independently during after-hours.
- Strong communication skills with a keen attention to detail for effective collaboration and crisis management.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience working in a FinTech/Broker-Dealer environment
- Experience trading futures and/or event contracts and understanding of retail traders desire in trading platforms
- Ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments
- Desire to utilize technology to optimize processes and systems
