Registered Nurse OrthopedicsOverview
PSV is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Orthopedic Registered Nurse or LPN to join our busy clinic. Under the supervision of orthopedic surgeons and physicians, the RN will play a vital role in providing compassionate, high-quality care to pediatric patients in our Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Clinic at our Fairfax, VA location. The position is full time, working M-F 8:30AM to 5:00pm (bilingual Spanish Preferred).

Job Description
- Assist physicians with patient examinations, diagnostics, and in-office treatment plans
- Excels in organizational skills, adjusts for changes and is able to complete assignments on time
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, and post-care instructions
- Triage patients and prioritize care in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Accurately document patient progress and maintain medical records
- Coordinate care between providers, departments, and external services
- Maintain strong communication with surgeons and clinical staff
- LPN will work under the supervision of an RN
Minimum Qualifications Required
- Excellent communication and intrapersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Active VA RN/LPN license
- All employees must pass an employment TB, drug and physical exam
- Registered Nurse currently licensed in Virginia dependent upon location of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Current BLS certificate
Desired Qualifications
- BSN (preferred)
- Prior Orthopedic experience: Pediatric experience preferred.
- Bilingual-Spanish Preferred
