Financial Analyst - Financial Planning
Job Summary: The Financial Analyst supports organizational performance by managing labor productivity reporting, medical group benchmarking, and financial analytics. This role is responsible for producing and analyzing statistical data, maintaining system integrity through regular data loads and reconciliations, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The analyst collaborates with department leaders and senior management to deliver accurate and timely statistical and productivity reporting, logical and actionable analysis, and reliable system maintenance. Additional responsibilities include supporting compensation survey completions, maintaining benchmarking and decision support systems, and ensuring accurate, complete, and timely licensure and regulatory reporting. Through a combination of analytical expertise, system stewardship, and cross-functional coordination, the Financial Analyst plays a vital role in driving informed decision-making across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field required
- Work experience in finance or accounting preferred
- Experience with labor productivity or medical group operations/financials desired
- Strong analytical and computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Superior attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and manage multiple priorities
