Join our growing Medical Spa team as a Cosmetic Medical Assistant and play a vital role in delivering high-quality aesthetic and cosmetic care. In this hands-on position, you’ll support physicians and staff with both surgical and non-surgical procedures, assist clients during treatments such as injectables and laser services, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure exam rooms and instruments are ready for use. We’re seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented professional with medical assistant training, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for patient care.

This position will provide medical and administrative support to physicians, staff, and customers in a medical spa to create the highest quality of services according to all legal and company standards.
Position Responsibilities |
- Learn and develop a comprehensive understanding of treatments and procedures provided at the Medical Spa.
- Greet and prepare guests for aesthetic procedures by explaining treatments, obtaining standardized pictures and consents, and ensuring comfort.
- Prep exam and procedure rooms.
- Assist the medical team with surgical and non-surgical procedures.
- Assist clients during injectables, laser treatments, and other cosmetic procedures.
- Change dressings and remove sutures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHRs) for all patients.
- Monitor stock levels of medical instruments and equipment to ensure the clinic is well-stocked.
- Maintain logs for lab cleanliness and maintenance of equipment.
- Package and sterilize supplies and instruments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements |
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Medical Assistant Training.
- Knowledge of sterile technique.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or be willing to become certified immediately upon hire.
Desired Qualifications and Experience |
- Some experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
- (3) years of relative experience is desired.
- Medical Assistant certification is desired.

Hours for this position may vary between operating hours listed below.
Monday- 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday- Thursday 8:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m.
Friday- 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday- 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
