Carolinas Staffing is looking for Call Center Administrative Assistants in Bolivia, NC for a Contract position.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Must have administrative experience to handle other duties asked of this position
- You will need excellent customer service skills.
- You must be comfortable talking on the phone
- You will need to have good listening skills to determine the needs of the caller.
- You must be able to answer callers’ questions using information provided and have good computer skills
- You must also be able to maintain strict confidentiality.
- You must have great computer skills
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in data entry and computer systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to empathize and prioritize customer needs
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $17.05 per hour.
Shift: Monday -Friday 8:30 am -5 pm
