LOCATION: Remote
We are expanding rapidly and have created unique roles that need qualified candidates.
Position Overview: The Audit QC and Delivery Specialist plays a key role in supporting the accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of medical records released through our Audit department. This role is responsible for both the quality control of records and delivery tracking, ensuring data integrity, effective reporting, and customer satisfaction. The position reports directly to the Audit QC and Delivery Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data into database systems and validate accuracy.
- Identify and classify requests accurately.
- Create and maintain delivery and quality control reports.
- Review and resolve discrepancies in medical records or request data.
- Obtain and verify incomplete information or documentation.
- Record and update relevant notes throughout the request life cycle.
- Follow up using internal feedback mechanisms to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Work with internal teams cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Meet productivity targets in a high-volume environment.
- Uphold HealthMark Group's core values by following our C.R.A.F.T. principles.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Excel and computer systems.
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM.
- Strong grammar and punctuation knowledge.
- High-speed internet and computer literacy required.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- Able to make informed decisions according to departmental guidelines.
- Experience in medical records or audit environments is a plus.
- Project management familiarity is a bonus.
Job Type: Full-time
Hourly Rate: $16.00–$17.50/hour (Depending on Experience)
