About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Administrative department as a full-time Text Chat Representative. In this dynamic role, you will handle text-based interactions with clients, customers, or team members to provide efficient and professional support. This offsite, remote position allows you the flexibility to contribute from the comfort of your home while delivering exceptional service in English. Your communication skills and ability to solve problems will play a key role in enriching the customer or team experience.
What You'll Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to text-based inquiries from clients or team members in English.
- Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Identify customer or team needs and provide appropriate solutions or forward the issue to relevant departments.
- Maintain and update records of interactions in CRM tools or other software as required.
- Meet defined productivity and quality standards, including response time and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with team members or supervisors to resolve complex queries in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product or service updates for accurate communication.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English with excellent written communication skills and a strong attention to grammar, spelling, and tone.
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or text-based support role is preferred.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software or the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Availability to work full-time hours as per the assigned schedule.
