About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Director to join our Operations team. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entirety of our supply chain processes. As the Supply Chain Director, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the seamless flow of goods and services. This is a full-time, hourly position requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to lead in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in English is essential to excel in this role.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead and manage all aspects of supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor relationships.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production, sales, and other departments to forecast demand and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers to achieve cost savings and maintain quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
- Identify risks within the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.
- Oversee the management and training of supply chain staff to build a high-performing team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and innovations to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Director or in a senior supply chain leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, principles, and best practices.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and tools, such as SAP or Oracle ERP systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the supply chain field.
- A strategic thinker with a focus on operational efficiency and cost management.
The pay range for this role is:175,000 - 200,000 USD per year(FL)
