About The Role
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Intake Specialist - Work From Home in our Administrative department. This is a full-time, hourly position offering the flexibility to work remotely while contributing to our organization's efficiency and data integrity. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a passion for handling and processing data accurately.
What You'll Do
- Collect, organize, and process incoming data from various sources while ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain and update administrative databases and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Verify the quality and consistency of the data received, identifying and resolving discrepancies as they arise.
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather additional required information or clarify data inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements in data intake and management workflows.
- Adhere to all security and confidentiality protocols to safeguard sensitive and proprietary information.
- Provide status updates and periodic reports on data intake tasks and project progress as needed.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with administrative tools and software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple data streams and competing deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining a proactive and responsive approach to tasks.
- Previous experience in an administrative or data-related role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices is a plus.
