About the role
We are looking for Regional Team Sales Representatives to manage and grow our team business. This is a 100% remote role that requires some travel to events, meetings and facilities in and outside of a designated territory.
What you'll do
- Drive sales growth by prospecting, outreach, and relationship management with swim teams.
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with vendors, colleagues, and other departments to deliver solutions.
- Analyze team needs and recommend products to optimize performance.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM.
- Travel within designated territory to support client relationships.
Qualifications
- Aquatics Knowledge: experience as a swimmer, coach, or vendor in competitive swimming.
- B2B Sales: 2+ years experience in business-to-business sales.
- Strategic Planning & Territory Management: ability to set goals and execute sales strategies.
- Relationship Building: excellent communication and customer engagement and retention skills.
- Problem Solving: creative, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Tech Proficiency: CRM software, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office.
- Travel Ready: valid driver's license with ability to travel locally and occasionally nationally.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

The pay range for this role is:35,568 - 110,000 USD per year(Remote)
