Neuronetics, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Coordinator to join our warehouse operations team. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly—from managing shipments and inventory to maintaining purchase and sales records. What You'll Do
- Manage shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Monitor and maintain inventory, perform cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies
- Process supplier invoices for materials and services
- Coordinate returns of non-conforming materials to suppliers and maintain related records
- Keep purchasing, sales order, and part files up to date and accurate
- Schedule shipments for console sales orders with internal and external partners
- Generate purchase orders and support procurement activities
- Take on cross-functional responsibilities and provide support across the Operations team as needed
What You'll Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, purchasing, shipping/receiving, or inventory control
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work both independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A clean driving record; warehouse or forklift experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Education
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required

Benefits Statement: Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company's employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company-paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company-paid short term disability and long term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual. If applicable and required under state law, the successful candidate will also be eligible for paid sick leave. These benefits are subject to plan terms, company policies and are subject to change.
