We are looking to add motivated people who care about adults from 18 through end of life to our fabulous team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, mental illness and other challenges. Knowledge of Blue Step software, and medical terminology is highly desirable, however we will provide training if you are not familiar with these things.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to our clients and enjoy the gratifying act of helping those that cannot do for themselves
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Assist with medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor client vital signs and report any abnormalities
- Assist with client mobility and transfers
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality client care
- Meal prep and cleaning to set up the following day for success
Skills:
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illness
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
