What you'll do (mostly this...other duties may be assigned):
- Set up and breakdown banquet facilities including tables, seating, and catering elements
- Replenishes dishes/ napkins/ supplies as needed
- Removes and washes dirty dishes
- Cleans banquet area
- Interact with guests/ attend to guest needs
- This position requires working at various locations in the downtown area
What you should bring to the table:
- Banquet experience preferred
- Professionalism
- Ability to delight by anticipating guest needs and responding in a friendly, helpful manner
- Ability to display a consistently caring and respectful attitude
- Act as a gracious host to guests, vendors and candidates for employment
