The Digital Marketing and Communications Manager will collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team and other departments on a wide range of projects related to content development, website, social, email, lead generation, and more. This role is perfect for a collaborative team player who loves to develop and execute digital content in innovative ways.

What you'll do:
- Website: Developing website content, tracking website analytics, developing and implementing our SEO strategy, writing blog stories, and managing our website vendor.
- Social: Developing and publishing social media content, executing strategy to improve social media metrics, and reporting on those metrics.
- Email: Writing, designing, and sending emails in alignment with market best practices, managing all email lists, and reporting on analytics.
- Community and Brand Campaigns: Create and execute brand awareness campaigns utilizing social media, website, and email marketing.
- Impact: Developing these marketing platforms for the programs that support our work in early care and education, resources, and economic advancement.
- Lead generation: Developing and implementing strategies to generate new leads, including fundraising, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Other marketing and communication projects, as assigned.

What you'll bring:
- Passion for our community and desire to make a real impact
- 5 years of experience in marketing and communications
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, schools of theory, and best practices and a desire to stay updated on emerging trends
- Strong commitment to creating inclusive environments

- Strong project management skills
- Ability to manage projects and deadlines effectively
- Organization and flexibility, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments

This position is in Austin, Texas and reports directly to the Director of Marketing.
