About the Role:
As a Medical Practice Rep, you will greet and register patients, schedule outpatient appointments, collect co-pays and referrals. Will also be responsible for charge entry, process release of medical records and other front desk responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front desk registration and scheduling appointments
- Collect co-pays, charge entry
- Answer phones
Requirements:
- HS Diploma/GED preferred
- 1 to 3 years of experience including professional or hospital billing
- Must have reliable transportation to cover in Greenspring Quarry Lake and Loch Raven locations
