About The Opportunity
Audien is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Executive Leadership Team in Scottsdale, AZ. The ideal candidate is a seasoned EA who can keep our executives organized, efficient, and prepared for anything. In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and provide support to three C-suite executives. You'll collaborate with internal teams, clients, and investors, serving as a trusted partner who brings professionalism, proactivity, and enthusiasm for Audien Hearing's values and mission.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to three C-suite executives
- Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, including vetting and prioritizing meeting requests, scheduling interviews, conference calls, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule a variety of meetings including leadership team sessions, All-Hands, monthly business reviews, and off-sites
- Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external business contacts
- Handle sensitive matters requiring the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion
- Play a key role in team meetings by compiling and distributing materials, taking thorough notes, and tracking follow-up items
- Arrange detailed travel itineraries and agendas
- Anticipate needs and ensure company and team priorities are met
- Lead or assist with special projects and collaborate with Project Managers across the company
- Perform other related duties as needed to support executives and the team
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as an EA to senior-level executives in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Proven ability to handle sensitive communications and work confidently with senior stakeholders, both internal and external
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills; able to prioritize effectively in the face of changing demands
- Strong attention to detail with a habit of catching errors, taking thorough notes, and anticipating needs before they arise
- Positive and flexible mindset; able to remain calm and solution-oriented in high-pressure situations
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, startup environment where each day may look different
- Self-driven, resourceful, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- High integrity, trustworthy, and skilled at managing confidential and critical information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally at all times
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
