DEFINITION OF POSITION

Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.

QUALIFICATIONS

Professional

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science preferred or equivalent work experience.

A+ Hardware Certification preferred.

0-2 Years of experience in the field or a related area.

Familiarity with health care related Information Technology.

Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within field, including, but not limited to Windows 95/98, Windows NT, Microsoft Office 2000, Networking, IP schemes, Data Communication.
