We are a leading commercial roofing contractor with a strong reputation across Florida for safety, quality, and innovation. With a portfolio that includes major retail centers, industrial parks, office towers, and multifamily complexes, we are expanding and looking for a driven Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join our team.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage all phases of commercial roofing projects from planning to closeout.
Coordinate with general contractors, property managers, and building owners.
Oversee schedules, budgets, contracts, and subcontractors.
Enforce OSHA and company safety standards across all jobsites.
Conduct inspections, manage quality control, and ensure work meets all specs.
Track project budgets, approve invoices, and prepare progress reports.
Resolve client issues quickly and maintain strong relationships.
Close projects with completed punch lists and warranty documentation.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of commercial roofing or construction project management experience.
Strong knowledge of low-slope commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, Modified, Metal).
OSHA knowledge and commitment to safe jobsite practices.
Valid Florida Driver’s License with clean record.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Base Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 (depending on experience)
