About the role
- We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Account Manager to join our team. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their trusted point of contact.
- Negotiate agreements and secure mutually beneficial outcomes for both clients and the company.
- Support in analyzing account performance by gathering data, preparing reports, and identifying key trends.
- Support in collecting and organizing data to help improve account management, client engagement, and service delivery under senior guidance.
- Assist the manager in reviewing team metrics, preparing reports, and checking portfolio performance, including evaluating margins and revenue growth, to build revenue-driven skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client goals are met and exceeded.
- Foster a positive, collaborative culture within the account management team.
- Deliver engaging client presentations and represent the company with professionalism.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to advise clients effectively.
- Maintain meticulous administrative records, including reports, contracts, and workflow tracking.
- Identify potential challenges early and proactively propose strategic solutions.
- Prioritize multiple accounts and deadlines while ensuring the highest standard of service delivery.
- Perform additional tasks or roles as required by the department.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role. Minimum of 1 year of experience required; iGaming experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Natural presentation and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and maintain a positive team environment.
- High level of diligence with administrative tasks and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of KPIs, business drivers, and revenue growth.
- Adaptability and resilience in changing market conditions.
