Manages work on assigned projects using the principles of project management and modern improvement methodology. Exposes directors, managers, supervisors, and frontline staff to project management principles and tools. Fosters and supports change within the organization. Partner with Project Leaders to manage project work of CMC/DHK through the application of the principles of project management and modern improvement methodology (as taught by the DH Value Institute, et al.) to all assigned projects and project teams. Collaborate with the project sponsor, project leader, and the project team members to define and document the project charter.
Bachelor’s Degree. 2 years project management or project support. D-H Yellowbelt certification or equivalent preferred, obtain certification within 1 year of hire.
