QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations management, including 2+ years managing medical clinics
- Basic understanding of value-based care models and healthcare regulations
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare information systems
- Experience managing profit and loss (P&L) operations
Effective decision-making and team management abilities
