We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Superintendent to join our dynamic team. In this leadership role, you will oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while adhering to our high standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient and effective communication and workflow.
- Lead and mentor field personnel, promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety.
- Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting schedules and resources as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate potential issues or risks that may impact project timelines or budgets.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for construction operations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and progress updates.
