💼 What You’ll Do:
As a Therapist in our IHPTA program, you’ll:
- Deliver prevention, intervention, and reintegration services to youth and families.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and agencies to assess needs and develop treatment plans.
- Travel to homes and community settings to provide hands-on support and guidance.
- Use evidence-based practices to foster emotional, social, and physical growth.
- Empower caregivers with skills in parenting, budgeting, home care, and employment.
- Provide crisis support and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Champion Trauma-Informed Care and represent Adelphoi professionally in meetings and court settings.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support long-term success.
🎓 What You Bring:
- A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new systems
- A valid driver’s license and readiness to travel
- Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to making a difference
